Graffiti Spray Painted on Street

On Pacific Ave, in front of 321 Pacific A., someone(s) sprayed writing directly on the pavement. The writing does not look like it was done by city workers, it looks more like the local teens sprayed it. Not in English, or Spanish. This was first reported on November 10, 2015, but no one took care of it. If the residents must clean up graffiti, please let me know.
