Traffic light/signal when headed East on West Colvin remains red forever... I sat through two cycles of South Ave traffic and West Colvin headed West being able to go, before the light for traffic coming down the West Colvin hill from Summit Ave changed and allowed traffic to move... It was 6-8 minutes of waiting... This is a frequent problem!!
